All james stevens staff are our employees, this means that all matters relating to payment,  management, training and cover for holidays and sickness is dealt with by us. You can enjoy the benefits without any of the time consuming frustrations or responsibilites.
 
We also offer a discreet recruitment service. Tell us your needs and we will present you with a short list of suitable candidates.
 
Please contact us. For staff appointments we will normally arrange for one of our Business Unit Managers to visit you in order that we can better assess your requirments.
 
Selection and Training
 
We work hard to ensure that every staff appointment is carefully completed so that we fully understand your requirements. We will then make a number of candidates available for selection all of which will have come through our own rigorous selection proceedure. This means that you get to select your domestic staff from a short list of pre-selected and completely vetted candidates. Each person will have been trained to ensure that they are capable of fulfilling the requirements agreed with  you. We will assess previous experience and one of our managers will be on hand to ensure that the standard of work and the individual's personality are in keeping with your requirements.
 
In the event of illness or holiday's we will ensure that you have a suitable replacement.
 
We will utilise our own training facility for the training of key staff such as housekeepers, butlers and drivers.
